One thing that Jonathan really, really likes a lot is decorating. Sounds funny, I know, but he comes by it honestly. The men on both sides of our families like to decorate so really the poor boy has no choice. :> So, one thing I've tried to keep up with is seasonal decor. General fall decor in Sept/Oct, Thanksgiving in November, Christmas in December and January is our 'Winter Wonderland' month. He helped me collect all these gumballs, and we dipped them in glue and then glitter.

This past week our winter wonderland came alive with our FIRST SNOW!!!!!!!!! At first, the snowflakes were pretty light and didn't stick, but...THEN THEY GOT FATTER AND FATTER AND FATTER AND STUCK!
While we were watching the beginning stages, I showed Jonathan how to cut up snowflakes...
While the snowflakes were getting a little bigger, we went outside to play in them...
Finally, we couldn't stand it anymore, we suited up and out we went!!!!!!!

We had an AMAZING time of building a snowbaby (not quiiiiiiite enough for a man), having a snowball fight, and general running around with glee.
Finally, this video has nothing to do with snow, but I post so rarely I wanted to include it. Benjamin and his new, belly laugh:

Shanna, these videos are soooo sweet. I can't believe how much Benjamin has grown! I'd love to be giving him some sugar on his neck. Jonathan and Caleb looked like they were having a great time tasting the snowflakes. Hope we can make it up there soon. Miss all of you so much!! MIMI
